Dr. Paul Day invites you to the first of four one-day retreats unpacking the emotional and spiritual freedom and healing process. With nearly three decades of experience as an international communicator, educator, psychotherapist and pastor, he brings a unique understanding to the complexities of the body-mind-spirit connection and how all three are involved in our wounding and healing process. Participants will be invited to a process-oriented experience. These retreats would benefit anyone feeling stuck, anyone desiring more freedom and healing, counselors, psychologists, pastors, prayer ministry volunteers.
